It runs.

Got the word today that the 2nd road test is fine. We assembled the closet, got everything ready to go. Hit the road in the morning. I'll update this post with more later.

It's later.
Suzette did some cleaning and arranging of things as well as help me get the closet back together. I decided to turn on the GPS as well as the tire monitor pressure system, TPMS. I got the welcome beep that notifies that it is running. No problem. Oops, this beep meant someting is wrong. 28psi. must be a Jeep tire. No it was the curb side outside dual. Oh crap, we don't need this drama. I asked the shop about reinflating. One of the folks said move it over by that bay and I will add it for you. While we were inflating the tire we had a minute to discuss the issue. He said mose problems are with the extensions.  I said I don't here any air leak, he felt the schrader valve on the TPMS. I pulled the TPMS sensor off while he continued adding  air to the coach tire.
I put some fluid on the schrader and put the sensor on a Jeep tire, big bubble. schrader valve is bad. I'll contact Truck Syste Technology, TST, about replacement schrader valves/seals.  For now I will use my trusty pressure gauge.

Since we had the coach in driving mode we decided to go to the local Loves. Now I remember why I don't go there with the coach. I had to go in and prepay since I don't have their special card.  I like to go the truck islands since they have the big nozzels for faster fillups.

Gear head,
I have a 3 page print out of what they did. Several of the terms don't make sense but they resleved all 6 cylinders, replaced/repaired the DPF system, replaced at least 1 injector, new engine head, new turbo, EGR cooler, and various other items. Basically a new engine.

Our out the door cost, $420. Most of that was for the reinstall of the drive shaft.

So if you are in the Burlington NY area and need service I suggest Stadium International Trucks on Conklin Rd.

What happened to our engine?

Well I received a call that our engine was back together and has a good test drive. Another test drive is going to be done to insure there are no loose ends. We expect to be able to pickup the coach on Monday 7/2. Waiting for a call back about the next test drive.
Ok what went wrong? One valve seat dropped and that took out the after treatment, DPF - Diesel Particulate Filter, both turbos, cracked atleast 1 cylinder sleeve and other stuff. I was told that the EGR cooler was replaced, all cylinder sleeves and a lot of other items with updated parts. Apparently there were several parts in the initial build that they found did not uphold well, I don't have the specifics, and those parts were repllaced with new improved parts.
That's all I know now.
