Spring Break 2007 Birds

I decided to create a post of just bird pictures so here they are. Most are at Myakka.

We kayaked with these babies. This view is from the air boat.


The sign said "Don't feed ...", I think they should have added a line, Don't become food for ...
We learned that an alligator must get its body temp to about 86 to digest its food. Maybe this one was just having a good burp


The Bald Eagle, center of picture, flew by us and landed on the mud flat and we watched it for about 45 minutes before it flew off. This picture is taken from the birdwalk at Upper Myakka Lake.
