Good Eats

During our last shopping trip we decided we needed a whole chicken to roast. We choose to do the big meal on Thursday. So after we got our work done this is what we ended up with.

Mike, one of the rangers, was interested in what we were doing and we had him stop by when we were about to take the chicken out of the Dutch. He was impressed.

Only one camper arrived today.
