Field and Stream RV Park
Friday July 20Light breakfast and hit the road arriving about 4 hours later at Field and Stream. It was an uneventful drive but some of the roads are very rough. So much for road taxes.
The park is nice with WiFi, cable TV and full hookup. There is a place to launch our kayaks as well as a public beach/launch area less than a mile away.
After we got set up we took a ride to find a couple of things at Lowe's and some fresh veggies, including fresh corn.
After supper we walked some of the park stopping to talk to some folks in a 5th wheel that have a Goldwing. He made a rack for the the back of his 5th wheeler to carry his Goldwing. Although it seems sturdy he did admit that the extra weight on the rear of the trailer the handling of his truck trailer combination.
